In some exciting news from Melbourne today, we have been announced as a finalist for 3 awards at the annual AMY Awards. The awards span across 2 of our client accounts and an award for our agency.
These 2 short-listed campaigns run on behalf of our clients demonstrate the significance of a strong digital strategy across multiple channels. Representing Sun Doctors and Plus Fitness, the team at Rocket have implemented their various expertise to demonstrate effective results in each category being awarded.
Managing Director, David Lawrence, has said “this is an outstanding effort for the team. The whole team should be proud of this result regardless of the final outcome.” He continued “doing excellent work for our clients and having been represented ourselves this year, also stands true to our culture and values – we’re being recognised for it and we couldn’t be happier”.
The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner night in Melbourne on August 16th at Peninsula, Docklands.
This award focuses on the role of digital, technology and services to help customers follow a healthy living regime. The winner will focus campaigns on customers who want to live a healthy lifestyle including food and fitness. Be it a service available across devices and touchpoints, a single health living product such as a meal plan or an experience to further their goal toward healthy living.
The award focuses on the role of excellent business strategy and internal methodology in campaign rollouts or product launches. The winning entry will describe a sound, innovative and business effective approach that will be used by the business going forward.

Todd has come on board as part of the Rocket team after graduating from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor in Communications & Media Studies, majoring in Marketing & Advertising. Throughout his studies, he also dipped his toe in many digital media initiatives. Todd is passionate about all things digital, marketing and media, offering up many ideas for both Rocket and our clients. Constantly kept on his toes within the industry, he is always learning and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing.
It isn't all work and no play for Todd, having caught the travel bug early on - travelling Europe with his Triplet brother, and heading to Japan, New Zealand & the Australian slopes to zip down the snowfields faster than his mates. Todd's goal is to travel to 50 countries before he is 50, a challenge we would all gladly accept.
